FLUXAL 1227 is a mineral hygroscopic powder flux intended for torch brazing of aluminium with aluminium silicon (except alloys of aluminium-magnesium) cladded or AlSi 12 in form of wire.
Composition : from alkaline chlorides and fluorides substances.
Typically it is used in the automotive industry, for cooking ustensils etc
Torch brazing : Aluminium alloy substrate with silicon aluminium 7-12% rod Brazing temperature : above 450°C. Use by hot rodding. Soak the hot-dip stick in the AlSi 12 powder for powder coating
