PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Induction brazing of stainless steel or aluminium pieces on aluminium cladded silicon pieces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For induction or torch brazing between 530 and 660°C. No corrosive residues. The parts remain inert. Before brazing, the parts must be correctly prepared and cleaned. The flux can be used dry or mixed with clean water to obtain a homogenous paste. Apply carefully the flux and the filler metal on the brazing area, place the aluminium disk and braze by induction.

USING CARE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In order to keep the proper reactivity of the flux, avoid overheating . For all other information, please see the Material Safety Data Sheet also available on demand
