NITRAL 1105 is a non corrosive brazing flux paste intended for use with aluminium-silicon filler metal under an inert atmosphere.
The flux is a thick homogeneous paste. Its working range is between 550°C and 650°C.
The flux is used for brazing of aluminium manifolds, automotive parts and others.
The flux is designed to be used undiluted and should be brushed onto the components. Furnace brazing under the protection of an inert atmosphere is the most appropriate heating method. It can also be used when induction brazing.
NITRAL 1105 flux paste leaves non-corrosive residues that do not need to be removed after brazing.
