CHARACTERISTICS - PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES, COMPOUND ELEMENTS

FLUXAL PASTE 1033 is designed for low temperature torch soldering of aluminium parts which generally are joined using a filler metal of 98% zinc and 2% aluminium. It is a paste with chloride and fluoride components.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

FLUXAL PATE 1033 is recommended for the manufacture of evaporators (automotive climate control), the repair of heat exchangers (brazed aluminium), and for the repair of aluminium tubes by torch soldering.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

This flux is applied either manually by torch-brazing or through an automatic line with gas burners. The filler metal should be Zinc/Aluminium alloys. It has a great pickling power and a degreasing operation is not always necessary before soldering. FLUXAL PASTE 1033 must be used undiluted.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USERS

FLUXAL PASTE 1033 must be kept carefully sealed in its original packaging in a well ventilated area that is protected from moisture.
Refer to health and safety datasheets before use.
