CHARACTERISTICS - PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES, COMPOUND ELEMENTS

Whatever the heating method used (electric furnace, induction heating etc.) its thick and homogenous consistency means that excellent results are achieved with numerous applications such as manifold brazing and complex assemblies. COMPOSITION ELEMENTS : Based on alcalino-muddy salts and AlSi12 Powder.

APPLICATION FIELD

  • Brazing of aluminium/aluminium Silicone alloys at a temperature range of 575 -650°C under inert atmosphere.
  • Joining of headers.
  • Joining header/tubes, etc…
  • Torch brazing of light alloys by indirect heating.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

NITRAL 1110 must be used undiluted, and does not require any washing after brazing, due to its non corrosiveness.
