FLUXEL 405 - FLUXEL 405

A low temperature flux that is totally removed during the tinning and soldering process It is eliminated by sublimation in the range of temperature where tin and alloys used for bulb, cap and condensers manufacturing melt. Since no residual salt remain after soldering, problems linked to conductivity and corrosion are solved when using this technology.

The Fluxel 405 is used pure in poly- pipette deposit or drop by drop deposit
